Fortimize Team Gratitude and Giving Thanks in 2019

Whether you’re carrying a coffee from your kitchen to your home office or a tumbler full of tea to your desk at your corporate office, it’s important to recognize just how much time we spend with our team members either virtually or in-person. At Fortimize, we highlight the amount of time we spend with one another by including shout-outs and recognition to one another every single day on our team huddles.

As we share thanks with our families this time of year, we also share gratitude for the people we work with day-in and day-out.

  • “Personally, I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to not only do work that I love and am passionate about but also the ability to spend each day with a team that is incredibly smart, genuinely humble, and amazingly innovative — PLUS they’re just as passionate about their work as I am.” – Craig McKeon, Director of Marketing

I’m not alone in sharing appreciation. Here’s what other Fortimize team members have to share about their families and colleagues:

  • “I am thankful for the little spec of the universe that is my world. My family, my friends, and my co-workers that fill my days. I am also thankful to be living in a time where Type 1 Diabetes is a manageable (though scary) disease and I am able to look forward to watching my daughter grow old.” – Teresa Sabino, Deliver Director

  • “I am thankful for my daughter and son-in-law and how brave they are as they serve their community with the Daytona Beach Police Department.” – Shane Hayes, Director of Client Solutions

  • “I’m thankful for my job at Fortimize —to have the opportunity to impact people’s lives in a positive manner!” – Danny Varghese, VP of Professional Services

  • “I’m thankful to be able to work from home and be a consistent presence in my children’s lives. I get to send them off to school and welcome them home to hear about their day, good or bad. You can’t put a price on this, thank you Fortimize!” – Tom Claeson, Solution Architect

  • “I don’t take it for granted that I can have a home that allows my elderly parents to live with us. I’m thankful that I get to see them on a daily basis, attend their doc appts and just “do life” with them. We need to take care of the elderly people in our lives and remember that we are where we are because of them. So, on Thanksgiving day, I encourage people to go around their dinner table and interview anyone over the age of 60 years young. Really listen to them and take their life experiences as lessons learned for your future.” – Kristy Daigle, VP of Client Experience
