Fortimize is excited to announce the expansion of our Banking Practice, with the hiring of Jennifer Frost.  Jennifer is joining Fortimize as Vice President, Banking and Lending Practice Leader.

Jennifer was most recently the Chief Administrative Officer, leading technology and operations, at Customers Bank based in West Reading, PA. In her nearly 7 years at the bank, Jennifer led the digitization of much of the bank’s operations, processes and services. These technology and change management initiatives contributed to the Bank’s efficiency ratio move to a sub-45% ratio within the past 2 years and provided the technological and operational foundation to support the growth of Customers Bank assets to nearly $20B.

At Fortimize, Jennifer will play a crucial role consulting on the digital transformation journey and data strategy – all through the lens of deep banking experience within Salesforce and the platform’s associated suite of products.  Through close client relationships and years of servant leadership, Jennifer will help Fortimize Banking and Credit Union clients drive customer growth, prepare for future industry challenges, and build customer-centric, data-driven financial institutions.

In addition to her passion for helping banks and leaders navigate technology and culture shifts, Jennifer is an avid supporter of women in technology, serving on the Society for Information Management (SIM) Women Leadership Summit Council.  She is also an active member of the community serving on numerous boards and as a committee member for various organizations.  Jennifer currently serves as Vice President of the Bucks County Community College Foundation, and was also a recipient of Lehigh Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.
