Modern Leasing, Built to Scale

A national real estate investment and management firm with a growing portfolio of commercial retail properties. To keep up with the pace of leasing and tenant coordination, the company needed a flexible, scalable platform that could eliminate costly third-party tools and support real-time collaboration.

Problem

This large CRE firm was running into walls with VTS. Reporting was limited, mobile functionality was non-existent, and the cost model—based on square footage—was unsustainable for a growing portfolio. Leasing teams were stuck in spreadsheets, while tenant coordination teams had no system at all.

Process

Fortimize delivered a purpose-built Salesforce solution using its Commercial Leasing Accelerator. The platform enabled deal tracking, tenant and broker management, and reporting—while also giving teams access to site plans, budgets, and post-lease construction activity. For the first time, all teams worked from a single pane of glass.

Results

With Salesforce’s mobile app, leasing professionals can now approve deals on the go. Internal users and external brokers collaborate in one place, and decision-makers access NPV, appraisal, and construction data without waiting on static reports.
