Summary of Role

Fortimize is looking for a motivated, self-starting, hunter to join the Sales Team as a Client Advisor for the San Fransisco territory. This individual must have a desire to work in the fast-growing technology field, with a strong interest in the financial services and real estate industries. The successful candidate will own their territory within the Sales Team including presentation preparation/delivery, meeting participation as a key driver, and ensure timely follow-up for all client ad-hoc requests. The candidate will be responsible for understanding a detailed look at the operations of financial services / real estate firms, and the technology solutions to address their pain points.

Key Performance Areas

  • Own all Sales in San Francisco territory, from initial pitch through the deal closing
  • Manage Salesforce Partner Alliances
  • Prospecting for net new Logo’s with a hunter mentality
  • Presentation preparation and proctoring, business-needs analysis and follow-up
  • Participate in all Sales meetings
  • Draft Statement of Work based on Prospect needs
  • Understand high-level business goals
  • Research prospects (and their executives) in the Real Estate and Financial Service industry

Key Performance Indicators

  • Own all Sales initiatives, from initial pitch through the deal closing
  • “Own the deal” and be the go-to team member for high-level management of the deal from cradle to grave
  • Create presentations, business-needs analysis, and follow-up
  • All materials needed to present Fortimize’s capabilities of fixing the customers problems
  • Building (and always improving) outstanding sales presentations, detailed write-ups describing what the client needs, and ensuring follow-up meetings are schedule and deliverables are sent
  • Participate in all Sales meetings to ensure the Delivery Teams understand the client’s needs and challenges
  • Draft Statement of Work based on Prospect needs
  • Produce the final document stating the clients’ needs, Fortimize’s solution, timeline, and pricing
  • Understand high-level business goals
  • Research prospects (and their executives) in the Real Estate and Financial Service industry
  • Generate and manage a pipeline, with calls and email follow-ups

  • 3-5 Years of Salesforce Implementation Advisory and Sales Consulting
  • BA / BS college degree
  • Previous work in a SaaS Sales Executive role function
  • Previous work in real estate asset management, mortgage lending/servicing or alternative lending, private equity industries
