What You’ll Do & What Good Looks Like
The main objective for our Business Analysts is to understand and document the “what” of the system. Our Business Analyst will work alongside clients and our team to understand their products, technology, and process, and design a solution filling their requirements. They seek to deeply understand our clients’ businesses and are eager to provide support.
A successful Business Analyst is organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable within their realm, and always looking to learn more. They have a passion for and know how to architect meaningful solutions on Salesforce. They have a strong grasp of stakeholder analysis, requirements engineering, cost-benefit analysis, and process modeling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design Contribution: Create and refine key documents, including the user stories, ERDs, and business process flow/customer journey documentation.
- Build Activities: Perform Salesforce configuration, manage package installations, and develop process automations to execute the solution design.
- Testing & Validation: Support defined testing processes, validate end-to-end user experiences, and test developed solutions.
- Sprint Planning: Estimate user stories and configuration tasks during sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure accurate workload forecasting.
- Communication: Communicate progress and updates effectively with stakeholders and the project team. Most clients are fluent in the English language; the Business Analyst should be able to speak conversational English.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting/implementation
- 2+ years with the Salesforce platform
- Agile project management skills is a plus
- Jira and Confluence skills is a plus
- Lucid Chart (or similar diagramming application) is a plus
