This role is located at Fortimize South in Heredia, Costa Rica. Fortimize is built on a flexible, hybrid work model! We see our team members as more than just an employee. They have responsibilities outside of the office. We understand that life is always moving – soccer games, dentist appointments, dogs that need walks, and a dinner that needs to be cooked.Â
Working in a hybrid model, with time split between our office and your home, gives back the most precious commodity we all have – time. Take the time out of your day to have a stake in your career, home, fitness, and the things that mean the most to you. Afterall, work is something that you do, not somewhere you go.

We’re looking for:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter attitude and passion for sales
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments
- A mindset built around consistency, discipline, and improvement
- Seeks feedback and applies it quickly
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Ability to manage pipeline, notes, and next steps with discipline
- Comfort using modern tools and data to guide outreach
- Experience in Financial Services, Salesforce, or consulting (a plus, not a must)
- A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
