What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with a true hunter mentality—someone who thrives on building pipeline, driving outbound campaigns, and creating net-new opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is quota-carrying and outbound-focussed. You will own your pipeline, develop strategic sales angles, and independently execute go-to-market motions targeting new logos and expansion opportunities.

You’ll work closely with Salesforce Account Executives and leadership (RVPs, AVPs) to generate, influence, and close services opportunities, bringing experience selling Salesforce-related services and system implementation engagements to drive success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own an individual services quota, with a strong emphasis on self-sourced pipeline generation
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, events, partner motions)
  • Build, manage, and progress opportunities from initial outreach through close
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce stakeholders (AEs, RVPs, AVPs), aligning to their priorities and accounts
  • Partner with Salesforce to co-sell and co-create opportunities, positioning Fortimize solutions against real business challenges
  • Lead meetings with both prospective clients and Salesforce, confidently navigating C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Drive team-based selling, ensuring strong collaboration across solution, delivery, and partner teams
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns and plays
  • Leverage modern tools including Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay AI to drive efficiency and scale
  • Track and manage weekly and monthly performance metrics, continuously optimizing activity, messaging, and conversion rates
  • Build and communicate a strong point of view on Salesforce services, industry trends, and competitive positioning

Job Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of sales experience, ideally in Salesforce services, consulting, or system implementation
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and quota attainment
  • Experience working within or alongside the Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of services sales cycles (consulting, implementation, transformation)
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools including Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo 
  • Ability to build and execute outbound strategies independently
  • Highly data-driven, with a focus on improving performance through metrics and iteration
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead conversations at the C-suite level
  • Clear communicator with strong business acumen and the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per quarter for partner and client engagement

  • Experience in Financial Services, Salesforce, or consulting (a plus, not a must)
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
