  1. Credit Score Trends: 

The Data Clouds solution unifies credit score data across Salesforce and other external data sources to display credit trends (positive or negative).  This informs the Bank or Credit Union of the financial health of the member, triggering specific product offerings in the Next Best Action.  

Simply put, credit scores are an indication of increasing or decreasing financial health, and providing trends of this data to Salesforce users results in more hyper-personalized conversations and flags potential risks. 

  1. Account Balance Trends

By leveraging CRM, Own and Core data, this Data Cloud solution provides trending data points of customer and member account balances.  With these trend data points in the CRM, the Banks and Credit Unions can make educated, data-backed assumptions on the financial health of their customers and members. 

The solution flags large withdrawals or deposits, and through Next Best Action, will recommend products to offer.  Because these products are more personalized to their current financial situation, the member experience is improved and the likelihood of wallet share expansion is increased.
