Plonkers.

Plonkers are slow sellers with low gross margins. Too often, businesses keep these around as a part of a strategy, but at great cost.

I loved how an innovator at Aussie pharmacy chain Rx Management found a way to get rid of plonkers for good using a matrix he created. I read about how he did it here in this article.
